Terms of service

Please make sure to read them very carefully.

1. PAYMENT METHOD:
A. payment via Paypal only;
B. half the payment upfront after I send you an invoice, and half after the sketch is done an approved. No refunds after the second half of the payment;------2. RIGHTS FOR MY SAFETY:
A. I have the right to refuse any commissions if I am not comfortable with them or if you have shown to be uncoperative and troublesome to me or any other artists;
B. likewise, I have the right to block you on social media if your behaviour is toxic (for example: blackmailing or guilt-tripping me into giving out drawings for free);------3. LEGAL RIGHTS:
A. as the artist, I own full legal rights over my drawings. Therefore, I kindly ask of you to not use my artworks for your commercial use without my knowledge, nor claim them as yours or edit them without my permission (not following this rule may cause me to take legal action against you);
B. you, as the commissioner, are obligated to credit me for my art whenever you post it online (not following this rule may cause me to take legal action against you);
C. I may exibit the commissioned artwork online on my portfolio/instagram account, UNLESS previously discussed with you, the commissioner;------4. I WILL NOT DRAW:
A. I will NEVER draw anything too political (e.g. hate speech, extremism) or that incites any prejudice against social minorities, NOR will I draw extreme gore (such as deep exposed wounds, exposed organs or skin tears), extreme body horror, drug usage or anything too NSFW. I will not draw kinks, bestiality or nsfw situations involving minors or other non-consenting parties;------5. I WILL DRAW:
-OCs (Original Characters) and Fanart of animals, robots, furries, creatures and humans, with any kind of background, as long as enough references, descriptions and payment are provided;
-mild gore (blood and wounds are ok as long as they respect what was previously written)------6. EXTRA FEES:
A. big changes to the finished drawing (such as completely changing the pose or background) will cost extra depending on complexity, but small changes (slight color correction, adding small details) are free;
B. you, as the client, have two days counting from when I first send the sketch to ask for changes in it. After two days, requesting big changes in composition, poses, background or any other element will cost extra depending on how complicated they are;
C. about extra fees/charges when such big changes are requested to the final approved sketch or to the final artwork: the base fee is US$5; after that, each additional hour of work will cost US$10;------7. PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
A. this agreement may be cancelled by any of us both if more than 4 days go by without communication from either party;
B. please do not request process updates more often than three times a day, as it'll overwhelm me;
C. attention: you are purchasing digital artworks, not physical prints;
D. Commissioner/artist should not share each other's personal details with third parties; (if you have read this, send me "==" written in your commission request);E. by purchasing my services you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service. Likewise, you are promising not to request any Paypal chargeback.
